Refund policy

We want you to feel amazing in your WOOX activewear. If something isn’t quite right, no worries — returns are free and easy.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to send items back.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Please note: final sale items, discounted items, or items marked non-returnable aren’t eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know right away.

  • If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.

  • Banks and credit card companies may take 5–10 business days to process the refund.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size? We’ll cover the return shipping and send your exchange out for free.

  • If you’d like a different color or style, the quickest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Free Return Shipping

  • All eligible returns and size exchanges include a prepaid return label — no cost to you.

  • If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll make it right at no charge.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@wooxyoga.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

  3. Pack your items securely, send them back, and we’ll take care of the rest.
